I was impressed with Magic Mountain. I only went on there looking for a couple of outdoor bits, and suddenly there were way more choices than I expected, different brands, prices, the lot. Which is great, because I really cannot be bothered opening ten different tabs and bouncing between random shops just to compare one or two things. The site was easy enough to get around too, which feels like it should be standard but somehow isn’t these days. I’d definitely use them again.

My order showed up in perfect shape. The box was sturdy, and everything was wrapped up really nicely — which I definitely appreciate because delivery can be a gamble sometimes. Overall, no complaints at all.

I ordered from magic-mountain.co.uk and yeah, it was okay overall, nothing terrible. The main thing was the checkout on my phone felt a bit awkward, like it didn’t quite want to move on properly. I had to try a couple times before the payment page actually loaded, which was a bit annoying.

The confirmation email came through quick after that, so fair enough, that part was fine. I just think the ordering bit could do with being a bit clearer and not so slow. Not a bad experience, just kind of average really.

I ordered the wrong size, so I had to send it back. The return info was on the site, but it wasn’t immediately clear to me at first, kind of like when instructions are technically there but you still have to click around a bit, reread a few parts, and figure out which step comes next. The return itself was fine, and I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I expected. Not terrible, not a disaster, just slower than I hoped, like waiting on a package update, or a bank transfer, or an email reply you keep checking for

I ended up needing to ask for a refund, and it was handled smoothly. It took a couple of emails back and forth, but they got back to me and the money came through without any issues. Overall, I was happy with the way they dealt with it, and I’d feel comfortable using them again.

I went with it mainly because the postage was low, i feel like that was reason enough. No point paying extra for shipping if you don’t have to. Everything was straightforward, so I’m happy with it.

I ordered my usual size, but it ended up being a bit tighter than I expected. Not awful or anything, just... not quite right. I had to exchange it, which was a little annoying, but hopefully the next size works better...

I got a jacket from Magic Mountain and it showed up fine, no real issues there. The jacket is decent quality, and the price wasn’t terrible, but I don’t know, I guess I was expecting it to feel like more of a bargain. Shipping was okay, the fit was alright too, but for what I paid I just thought it might be a little better. Not bad, just not amazing.

I did get updates about my order, which I appreciated, but they were slower than I’d personally like. I’m the kind of person who likes to know where things stand without having to wait too long, so it felt a little unclear at times. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, I just think the communication could be faster and more consistent...

well... my order from magic-mountain.co.uk did turn up in the end, but it arrived a couple of days later than I was expecting. The tracking updates weren’t very clear either, which made it a bit frustrating. Everything was fine once it got here, but I do wish the delivery side had been more reliable.

My order from Magic Mountain turned up just as I’d hoped. The sizes and colours were all right and there were no mix ups at all. Pleased with the whole thing.

I had to exchange for a different size i was bracing myself for a whole ordeal, but it was ridiculously quick and painless. They sorted it out so smoothly I was basically over the moon. Super happy with the whole experience!

In the end, I got exactly what I needed quickly. The staff really knew their stuff and were able to point me in the right direction without any hassle.

I’m happy with it overall. Nothing really stood out as a problem, and I don’t have any major complaints.

I reached out to support with a question and they got back to me fast, or at least it felt fast, I can’t remember if it was later that day or the next morning. Either way, they helped me sort out what I needed. It wasn’t totally perfect, but it was good enough overall and I’d probably use them again

I found the prices better than I expected, and checkout was really straightforward. After this experience, I’d say they seem a lot more fair than some other sites where you feel like you’re getting overcharged. I was happy with what I paid, honestly

I’ve been using it for a while now, and you can just tell it’s not something that’s going to fall apart after a few uses. It feels solid, looks well made, and has held up really well so far.

I came in looking for a specific item and they had it right there, well, actually, they always seem to have what I need in stock. Convenient and makes shopping a lot easier
